Having trouble keeping that Shearwater NERD2 mount positioned properly? Does the mount slide off the Loop to BOV/DSV Nut? We experienced lots of headaches with the provided mount on our units. Hundreds of hours went into designing, testing, and producing these mounts. We tested multiple types of plastic to see which was going to be the most reliable and selected an advanced polymer that will provide a long service life, then we have the mounts finished with Cerakote just to ensure we over engineer our products.
